Why am I not being notified about giveaways?

We've noticed an increased amount of people are requesting not to be notified each time we have a giveaway. We hope that the following resolution is beneficial for you all.

1: We will no longer tag everyone each time we start a giveaway.
2: If you'd like to be tagged/notified, you'll need to say ?rank Giveaway Notify in the #commands text channel.

Note: Please remember you will NOT be tagged/notified AT ALL unless you assign yourself to the @Giveaway Notify role. It's extremely important to complete what we explained on 2 if you'd like to be notified of each giveaway.
