We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your game codes. Normally, the reason behind this issue may be because of one or more of the following reasons:
- Haven't received your email
- You haven't submitted a ticket, or you haven't submitted it correctly
- You are a suspended user
If you feel like you have submitted a ticket, or you have submitted it correctly, please feel free to contact us again by either logging into your Elite Lucky Gamers ® End-user portal (by clicking log-in on the top right-hand corner) and submitting an additional comment onto your existing ticket or by submitting a brand new ticket by clicking "Submit a ticket" which is also on the top right-hand corner.
