We're sorry to hear that you got the incorrect amount of game codes than what you were supposed to get. If you won (for example) three-game codes, but you only received one game code when you contacted us, please simply just reply to the email you received from us.
However, if you can't find the email from us, please contact us again and we'll help you as soon as we can.
- Step One: Click on the "Submit a request" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Step Two: Fill out the form. Tell us about what happened.
- Step Three: Click "Submit".
After that, you're all set for now. You just need to wait for us to respond to your inquiry.
